The shipping policy within comes into effect after your order is processed. Order processing times and shipping times are separate from each other. At CarinaCo1018, we endeavor to process all orders within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Please be aware that unforeseen events such as weather or postal service issues are outside of our control. These situations, with high demand and peak season volume, may affect shipping times, but we will strive to provide support where we can while an order is in transit to your destination.
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipping is calculated based on the item size and weight; however, at CarinaCo1018, any orders over $50 will be free (economy shipping) unless the customer requires standard shipping.
An example of standard rate shipping: The item below would be charged $6.90 shipping; otherwise, economy shipping on this item would be free. (9.1.2022)
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification. Your shipping confirmation email will include your order tracking number. You will be able to use this tracking number to check the status of your item(s). Most tracking numbers will become available 12-24 hours after receiving the notification; however, please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available in case of delays.
If you haven't received your order within six business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please get in touch with us at carinaco1018@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will check on this and respond with an update within 1-2 business days.

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition. After that, we will refund the total order amount minus any shipping costs for the return.
Should your order arrive damaged or unusable in any way, please email us as soon as possible at carinaco1018@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We address these case-by-case, but we always aim to deliver a suitable resolution for you, our customer.
